Project Development Manager

Our Client, a leader in the Renewable Industry, is seeking a Development Manager for their growing US operations. This candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of a large Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) portfolio.

The Development Manager will be responsible for:

• Manage and oversee development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Identify, sell, develop, and close purchase agreements, with a strategic focus on Renewable Natural Gas initiatives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining scope, establishing timelines, and allocating resources effectively.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive collaboration and ensure project objectives align with organizational goals.
• Utilize project management software to collect and analyze data, monitor progress, and report on project status, facilitating informed decision-making and efficient tracking of milestones.

Experience:

• Demonstrated expertise in project management within development or construction settings, showcasing a track record of successful project delivery.
• Deep understanding of project management methodologies and tools, enabling effective planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
• Proficient in facilitating precise project timelines and resource allocation.
• Skilled in program development and management, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and driving project success.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, fostering clear and concise interaction with stakeholders and team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Real Estate, Energy or similar area of focus) ; MBA preferred
• Minimum 5 years of project development experience (preferably in Solar/PPA/Water/RNG)
