The Paralegal will support the Jinko legal team with various critical legal related issues, as well as providing assistance on day-to-day legal tasks related to drafting simple legal documents and notices, attending legal meetings and taking notes as well as helping to manage external law firm billing. The Paralegal of JinkoSolar (U.S.) Inc. will report to the General Counsel of JinkoSolar (U.S.) Inc. 
 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Assist legal team members on transactions, litigations, and government actions</li>
<li>Maintain business records and document databases </li>
<li>Regularly check cross-references and proofread legal documents </li>
<li>Track contractual deadlines to ensure timely action by the company</li>
<li>Assist in preparation of routine contract documents and notices </li>
<li>Maintain and organize legal documents and files </li>
<li>Attend and take notes on legal matters in related meetings </li>
<li>Help monitor external law firm billing </li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>3+ years of paralegal experience</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree required</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, both oral and written</li>
<li>Excellent attention to detail</li>
<li>Highly organized with the ability to shift priorities</li>
<li>Capacity to meet strict deadlines</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills and great ability to develop rapport and trust with others</li>
<li>Proficiency using MS Outlook, Word, Adobe, and a Redline software such as Litera</li>
