Opportunity in Clean Energy Sales

Are you passionate about clean energy and ready to make a positive impact? We are seeking a Remote Virtual Sales Specialist who will assist customers in exploring the benefits of solar power and energy efficiency upgrades. This role involves educating prospects, addressing their concerns, and guiding them through each step of their solar journey, from initial interest to installation.

Work Environment

This is a remote position offering unlimited commission potential. We encourage applications from candidates based in Los Angeles, Mississippi, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Massachusetts, or Rhode Island.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with current customers to keep them on track for their solar installation and activation.
  • Meet and exceed monthly retention goals.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales and Operations teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Handle live transfers to present solar options to prospective clients.
  • Assist prospects with the necessary documentation for transitioning to solar energy.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Contact satisfied customers for referral opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to leadership concerning customer concerns and suggest best practices for improvement.
  • Manage ongoing sales opportunities during representative transitions, ensuring continuity until installation.
  • Carry out additional duties as required.
  • Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays is necessary.

Qualifications

  • A four-year college degree is preferred.
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in solar sales (inside or outside sales), with experience in a similar role being advantageous.
  • A proven history of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a quota-driven environment is essential.
  • In-home sales experience is a plus.
  • Strong ability to resolve customer complaints related to sales or project management.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace is preferred; experience with Salesforce is a bonus.
  • Bilingual skills are an advantage.

Earnings Potential

Competitive earnings with uncapped commissions, with on-target earnings ranging from (70,000 to )110,000 USD.
