Job Description:
Technical support(Account for 70%)
- Responsible for pre-sales and after-sales technical support work including but not limited to technical support for customers in the development of sales opportunities, technical support of projects delivery process and commissioning, as well as after-sales technical support after delivery
- Timely processing of customer feedback product technical problems, responsible for tracking customer feedback technical problems and final solution, collect customer demand and feedback with headquarters R&D department
- Responsible for customer problem collection, summary, analysis, promote R&D improvement and upgrades
Business development (Account for 30%)
- Assist the sales colleagues in the headquarters to visit local customers, obtain customer needs, and close the relationship with customers
- Support the company’s local exhibition activities in the United States and assist in the development of new customers
Requirements & Skills
- 2-3 years of sales experience
- Engineering background, have a certain understanding of electrochemistry, understand the knowledge of lithium-ion batteries, and be familiar with the application of lithium-ion batteries
- Good teamwork skills and an open attitude
- Understand Chinese culture and can communicate in Chinese are preferred
- Willing to travel as needed, cooperate with and assist in maintaining pre-sales, after-sales, and other technical matters
- A local driver’s license is preferred
- Technical background in power battery, photovoltaic industry, energy storage industry, and home appliance industry is preferred

6-10W$/Year + Commission
