We are seeking experienced Directors of Data Center Development to lead the planning, execution, and management of data center projects across the U.S. This role will involve overseeing site selection, design, construction, and operations to ensure optimal efficiency and scalability. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data center development, project management, and cross-functional leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end development of data center projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations & Finance
• Manage site selection processes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Oversee budget planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Develop and implement best practices to optimize data center performance
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and contractors
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation within data center operations
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of extensive experience in data center development or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful project management and team leadership.
• Strong understanding of industry regulations and infrastructure design
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
