The Sustainable Partnership is partnered with a leading renewable energy firm who are seeking a Director of Engineering / Chief Engineer to join their team.
This buisness is seeking a seasoned renewable energy engineer with experience leading multi-disciplinary teams (Electrical, Civil, Structural & HV) and who is an expert in all stages of design & project management for utility scale solar & BESS projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple teams consisting of groups of electrical, civil, structural & HV engineers and drafters
- Design, review, and stamp designs relating solar PV and battery storage systems (100MW – 650MW)
- Support on project management, ensuring projects are moving through the design pipeline
- Be a key player in securing projects by supporting through the bid process
- Assist with building the businesses existing client base
Requirements:
- 20+ years working on large scale engineering projects
- 10+ years’ professional experience with utility scale RE projects
- 5+ years experience leading multi-disciplinary teams of 20+
- Professional Engineer in multiple states
