The ideal candidate should have the following:

• Extensive experience managing utility-scale solar projects, including design, procurement, and construction phases.
• A solid engineering background, preferably in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering, with an emphasis on renewable energy systems.
• Expertise in managing and coordinating third-party contractors, including EPC firms, engineering consultants, and site supervisors.
• Proven ability to develop, track, and manage multi-million-dollar budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and meeting financial targets.
• Experience managing procurement strategies, vendor negotiations, and material logistics for large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) and remote collaboration tools.
• Knowledge of industry standards such as NEC, IEEE, and UL for solar PV systems.
