Job Summary

ZEO Energy is hiring a skilled Solar Electrician to join our team and bring expertise to our solar installation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, connecting, and testing electrical components required for solar energy systems. This includes working on the main electrical panel, disconnect switches, meter cans, Envoy monitoring systems, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform electrical work required for solar installations, including wiring and connections to the main panel, disconnect switches, meter cans, and monitoring systems.
• Ensure all electrical components are installed safely and comply with local and national electrical codes.
• Troubleshoot, test, and verify proper operation of electrical components and systems.
• Collaborate with the installation crew to complete projects on time and to the highest standards.
• Maintain a safe and organized job site, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
• Provide clear communication and updates to project managers and other team members.

Qualifications

• Licensed electrician (Journeyman or higher preferred) with experience in solar installations or similar electrical work.
• Strong understanding of NEC (National Electrical Code) and local electrical codes.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including working on rooftops and in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
