Senior Project Developer

About the Role

You will oversee development tasks for renewable energy project sites throughout the entire development process, from initial site identification to obtaining necessary approvals. Your responsibilities will include taking ownership of projects, anticipating potential challenges, and ensuring efficient management across all project phases.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in wind energy project development with increasing responsibilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all stages of project development from site selection to approval.
• Experience with zoning and permitting processes for renewable energy projects.
• Familiarity with utility interconnection procedures.
• Willingness to engage actively in fieldwork.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability for your work.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to work effectively in diverse teams.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project/Smartsheet, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Earth.
• Strong focus on deadlines and budget adherence.
• Proven ability to collaborate with all levels of management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.
