Job Description

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Solar Project Manager to lead and drive the success of residential and commercial solar projects. This role requires a candidate with a strong background in solar project management, including end-to-end oversight from pre-construction to final inspection. The ideal professional will excel in communication, resource allocation, and optimizing project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Manage all stages of solar project development, ensuring timely completion within budget and aligned with quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison for all project stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and subcontractors, maintaining clear communication regarding objectives, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Issue Resolution: Anticipate potential issues and collaborate with team members to implement solutions, minimizing delays and maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess project workflows to increase efficiency and address common challenges, applying best practices for streamlined processes.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections to ensure installations meet company and regulatory standards, securing all required documentation and permits.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative environment focused on quality and safety.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in solar project management, covering residential and commercial installations.
  • Strong knowledge of project planning, resource management, scheduling, and risk mitigation.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and regulations for solar installations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build productive relationships across teams and with clients.
  • Proficiency with project management tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field is preferred.
