Project Manager

Project Manager | Multiple Sites | Utility Scale Solar | Full-Service EPC

We are partnered with an established Solar full-service EPC business who are looking to bolster their Project Management team. You would be a pivotal figure in leading construction activities of large utility-scale solar projects.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for construction project execution for multiple utility-scale solar projects.
• Accountable for project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Responsible for project safety performance.
• Manage all project subcontractors, documentation, field staff and identify potential risk.
• Perform design reviews of vendor drawings, calculations, specifications, procedures, and related documents.
• Review and approve project execution plans and schedule.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive experience in construction industries as Construction Project Manager or higher.
• Strong project management skills including budget adherence and cost control measures.
• Experience dealing with subcontractors and/or self-perform work.
• Experience leading successful project teams, including development of employee and maintaining relationships with external agencies.
• Working knowledge of project scheduling concepts and software.
• Multi-project execution experience with solar utility projects.
