Job Description

The Process Support Specialist will enhance our Customer Service team by leveraging expertise in Sika’s products, policies, and procedures. In this role, you will be pivotal in providing exceptional support to our customers and internal teams.

  • Conduct internal and external training, manage account reconciliation, process material returns (RMAs), facilitate new account setups, e-commerce user setups and maintenance, and assist with order processing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners to enhance and streamline processes and procedures.
  • Apply problem solving skills to address and resolve conflicting issues professionally, confidently, and efficiently.
  • Support the RSB Customer Care Team, which may include some travel to customer sites and Sika locations as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred with at least 5 years of customer service and/or Supply Chain and Logistics experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams); experience with Freshdesk and SAP is preferred.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time; some travel required.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently in a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
