Compensation: $60,000 to $80,000 per Year

Job Overview

Our client, a high-growth engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) company that specializes in commercial & industrial solar and EV charging solutions, is looking to hire an exceptional Project Manager. This hire will be a key member of their operations division in ensuring projects are efficiently and effectively progressed from sale to permission-to-operate. This Project Manager role is a full-time position with our client.

Job Responsibilities

• Researching processes and standard operating procedures for permit and interconnection approvals
• Working directly with authority-having jurisdictions (AHJs) for permit submission and approval
• Utilizing utility company portals to complete interconnection submissions and following up within the proper channels to ensure interconnection approval
• Managing the project flow of multiple concurrent projects to meet milestone SLAs and deadlines
• Interacting directly with vendors and customers to receive and provide progress updates
• Working directly with and providing accurate and consistent project updates
• Utilizing and updating project management software to track progress
• Collaborating with internal and external resources such as engineers and designers

Successful Candidates Must Have:

• Hands-on experience submitting permits and utility interconnection requests for commercial or industrial solar projects
• Experience researching AHJs, utility companies, and their applicable required processes in new markets
• Experience successfully taking commercial or industrial solar projects from sale to permission-to-operate
• Impeccable communication and organization skills

Compensation & Benefits

• This Project Manager role has a wage of: $60,000 to $80,000 per Year
