Position Overview:

We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with a strong background in battery technology and materials development, particularly in silicon anode materials. The ideal candidate will lead our R&D efforts, drive technological advancements, and oversee the strategic direction of our technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership:
  • Lead and manage the R&D team focused on Si-Anode material development, fostering an innovative and results-driven environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with business goals.
  • Strategic Development:
  • Develop and execute the technological vision and strategy for Si-Anode materials that meet market demands and advance our competitive edge.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, guiding the organization in adopting cutting-edge solutions.
  • Research and Innovation:
  • Oversee the research, design, and development of new silicon anode materials, ensuring high performance and scalability.
  • Drive innovation through experimentation and analysis, optimizing material properties and processes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Serve as the primary technology representative in discussions with investors, partners, and customers, showcasing our technological capabilities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, research organizations, and industry partners to foster collaboration and knowledge exchange.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
  • Ensure all technological developments meet regulatory standards and industry guidelines for safety and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field, with a focus on battery technology.
  • Proven experience in the development and commercialization of battery materials
  • Strong background in R&D management and project leadership within a technical environment.
  • Excellent understanding of battery chemistry, materials characterization, and manufacturing processes.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and innovatively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
