Role: Asset Manager – Renewables
Location: Houston – Remote (25% travel)
Join a leading IPP, in driving the energy transition by developing renewable energy projects & fostering community partnerships. With over 10GW of solar & 5GW of BESS in their pipeline, this is a fantastic opportunity for an Asset Manager to ensure the safe & reliable operations of utility-scale solar assets. This role involves managing the perfomance, financials, & compliance for a portfolio of 200+ MW.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize solar asset performance, risk, and financial management.
- Manage multiple solar assets (200+ MW) and collaborate across departments.
- Ensure safety, compliance, and contract management (PPA, O&M, warranty agreements).
- Lead internal and external reporting on asset performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years in solar asset management or related field.
- Strong understanding of solar technology, finance, and operations.
- Leadership, analytical, and project management skills.
